Silky Spaghetti Lamb Pasta

There is just something about this one, sweet aromatic delicious. Perfect for evenings when you would just want a filling good meal! Easy to do as meal prep during the week and not complicated to achieve. If or when i have a cook book, this is definitely going in!!

Serves 2

You will need:

  • 2 Bayleaves
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 stem of fresh rosemary
  • 2 stalks of fresh thyme
  • 5g of fennel seeds
  • Parsley
  • 35g of mince meat

Directions

  1. Sauté the red onion with the bayleaves and fennel seeds in low heat until the onions have soften
  2. Once soften add the garlic, thyme and rosemary. Cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add the lamb mince to the pot, continue to cook for 25mins
  4. Season to taste. (I added smoked paprika, salt and black pepper)
  5. Scoop some pasta water into the mince meat and stir
  6. once heated through again pour the pasta in
  7. Using a knife cut the pasta into smaller chunks
  8. Chop parleys and mix through
